We’re looking for an Experienced Folder Technician to join our night shift team. If you take pride in setting up equipment for optimal results, catching the small details, and keeping production running smoothly, this is a great opportunity to be part of a team that values quality and expertise.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate folding equipment for a variety of print jobs
• Read and interpret job tickets and production specs
• Monitor runs to ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency
• Make real-time adjustments to maintain tight turnarounds
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance
• Partner with press and bindery teams to keep jobs moving

What You Bring

• 3+ years of folding experience in a print or packaging environment
• Strong mechanical skills and problem-solving ability
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Experience with pharmaceutical printing or miniature folding is a plus, but not necessary
• Ability to work independently and stay focused on overnight shifts
