Schedule: Wednesday-Friday | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Position Overview
Looking to get your foot in the door in manufacturing? We’re hiring a Folder Tender to support our production team. No printing experience? No problem—we’ll train the right person. If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to learn, this is a great opportunity to build new skills in a hands-on environment.
What You’ll Do
- Help keep folding machines running by feeding materials and monitoring output
- Check finished pieces to make sure they meet quality standards
- Stack, pack, and label completed jobs
- Keep your work area clean and organized
- Work alongside experienced operators and learn the process
What You Bring
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Attention to detail and ability to stay focused
- Reliability and punctuality
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
- Previous manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
